A bit about us: Ian I am 35 and work for a local F.E. College as a Marketing Officer, mostly designing stuff. I was born in Chester (rather than under a wandering star) and lived in Ellesmere Port. At the age of 18 I left this particular boil on the bum of the world and went to university on the edge of London. After completing a four year degree, I gained a 2:1 in Sociology (it surprised me as well as my mates - a solid Desmond was expected). My interests include Liverpool FC, the Discworld series, Tai Chi, cooking and Fliemoe (see below). I also enjoy going to the pub for a half of ribena (ha!) and chatting with people ... in fact I met the missus whilst consuming a diet coke (ha ha ha!). We are quite a mixed with a Scottish father and a Geordie mum (three of my sisters also having been born in the land of the smog). I eventually moved to the 'soft south' in 1988. After living in a small village for two years I was finally persuaded by a friend to move in Cambridge city centre where one fine afternoon (after a few beers) I was introduced to a bloke called Ian (who was not drinking coke, whatever he might say) and the rest, as they say is history. In fact that's about all you need to know - now worship at my feet mortals.
