'THE ROAD' - 9th October 2002

DODGING CAROL, ED FANCIES HIMSELF AS ROAD WARRIOR -- Weary of his humdrum life -- and hearing the details of Carol's (Julie Bowen) impending marriage to Dennis (John Slattery) -- Ed (Tom Cavanagh) volunteers to accompany a habitual traveler (guest star Eric Thal) on the road to wherever in the vain hope of finding peace and freedom. Back at Stuckeyville, Carol chafes at Dennis' passive control of her wedding-day preferences, which include conducting the nuptials on a remote mountaintop. Nancy (JanaMarie Hupp) begins as a high school guidance counselor but her idealism is tested by an aimless slacker (guest start Jacob Pitts) who becomes her pet project. At the bowling alley, Phil (Michael Ian Black) challenges Eli (Daryl "Chill" Mitchell) to a game of hoops for the right to occupy Ed's office in his temporary absence. Josh Randall, Lesley Boone and Rachel Cronin also star.

THE EXTRA MAN - 10/28/01

MURDER VICTIM -- AND SLAYER -- ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE -- When a man is found beaten to death, Detectives Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Eames (Kathryn Erbe) learn that the deceased was a European con man (ERIC THAL) who swindled investors -- and romanced their foolish wives -- but further evidence reveals the victim might also have suffered from mistaken identity. As the cops press on, Goren enters a war of wills when he tries to lure out the killer before he disappears by appealing to his considerable ego. Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.

Eric appeared in an episode of a tv series called 'The Street' which is now being shown in Europe. Sadly, in the U.S the series was axed before the Episode that Eric was in had a chance to be aired.

Latest news 16/08/01

The premiere for 'Down' will be on September 16th in Holland, where the film will be distributed and released. At present the production company are looking for foreign investors so they can show it elsewhere. (If they do not get the funding it will be shown only in Holland and will probably go straight to video.
